When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 18.03.2013, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel. In view of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
