THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 7870 OF 2015 ORDER:

The State Government has since issued the necessary notification conferring the power upon the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Guntur and hence there shall not be any difficulty for dealing with the industrial disputes pending before the Labour Court, Guntur.

It is, therefore, only appropriate that I.D.No.83/2014 pending on the file of the Labour Court, Guntur, be taken up for consideration on out of turn basis, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
