2. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in executing warrant issued against respondent No.4 in P.P.No.3 of 2014 in C.C.No.78 of 2012 before the District Consumer Disputes Reddressal Forum, Nalgonda as per orders of the said forum dated 08.10.2014.
3. Instructions of the learned government pleader, however, show that pursuant to the receipt of warrant, aforesaid, respondent Nos.2 and 3 have made all efforts to trace out respondent No.4 and execute the warrant, but
the same could not be executed as respondent No.4 is stated to be not residing at the given address and the premises is found locked continuously. Enquiries made by the police in the locality also did not result in any information. Respondent-police, therefore, state that they have formed a special team for the purpose of executing warrants and efforts are being continued to trace out respondent No.4 and to serve the warrants as early as possible.
4. In view of the special team being formed and efforts being taken by respondent Nos.2 and 3 to serve the warrant, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take all possible steps expeditiously to serve the warrant on respondent No.4.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
