HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36417 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not conducting survey, demarcation, fixing of boundary stones by issuing a panchanama along with sketch in respect of the petitioner's landed property covered by Sy.No.67/ Part admeasuring Ac.3.00 situated at Mamidipally Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) The grievance of the petitioners is that though they made written application seeking survey, the same is not considered till date.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that unless an application is made through online, the authorities will not consider the same.

4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh suitable application through online, by enclosing all the necessary documents, in which event the authorities shall deal with the same and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three

(03) months from the date of receipt of the application.

5) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
