Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions states that the 3rd respondent will take action pursuant to the directions of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings dt.30.10.2014 and treat the representation filed by the petitioner as an appeal under Section 5(5) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take action pursuant to the directions of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings dt.30.10.2014 and treat the representation filed by the petitioner as an appeal under Section 5(5) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
