It is stated that application dated 07-06-2016 filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") for mutation of his name and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed is pending and as no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
