HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36509 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing new pattadar pass books in pursuance of Samagra Survey and also cheque amount under Rythubandu Scheme by replacing old pass books by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that though the representations is made on 07.09.2018, seeking issuance of new pattadar pass books, till date, no orders are passed.

4) Learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that if the representation is pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5) Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent - authorities to dispose of the representation dated 07.09.2018, made by the petitioner

seeking issuance of new pattadar passbooks and title deeds, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
