HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.7608 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 29.10.2001 passed by the Labour Court in E.P.No.34 of 2000 in I.D.No.146 of 1995 as illegal and arbitrary, and to direct respondents Nos.1 and 2 to promote the petitioner notionally to the post of Conductor Grade-I from 1986; to promote him to the post of Controller from 1989; to grant notional increments in accordance with the award made in I.D.No.146 of 1995; to grant increments in accordance with the order in W.P.No.15451 of 1987; to fix pay scale of the petitioner and pay the arrears of salary to him.

Heard Sri A. Bhaskarachari, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it has been informed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation that the order dated 11.11.1997 passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.146 of 1995 has been complied with in its true letter and spirit and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.
