Heard Sri Butta Vijaya Bhaskar for Revision Petitioner. The Defendant in O.S.No.96 of 2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni, is the Revision Petitioner herein. The Revision Petitioner was unsuccessful in her attempt to implead Tahasildar, Peddakadabur Mandal as party-defendant in the suit.

I have perused the order under revision. This Court is in complete agreement with the reasons assigned by the trial Court. Hence, the Revision Petition fails, and it is accordingly dismissed. However, it is needless to state that the dismissal of revision petition does not preclude the revision petitioner from summoning the record from the office of Tahasildar, as provided by law.
