Goshike Devadas v. The State Of Telangana
SMT JUSTI CE T. RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.1 0 6 9 9 of 2 0 1 8 & I A.Nos.2 an d 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER:
I A.No.2 an d 3 of 2 0 1 8 :
The applications are filed seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise entered into by the parties and quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Cr.No.32 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Yellareddypet Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District.
2.
The parties, together, with their respective counsel, are present in the Court and on being specifically asked, both the parties confirm the terms of compromise as recorded in the joint memo appended to the application in IA.No.3 of 2018.
3.
The terms of the compromise show that the petitioners have settled the disputes with the second respondent and compromised the matter at the intervention of the elders; that the second respondent is withdrawing the criminal proceedings instituted against the petitioners and the second respondent has no objection for quashing of the proceedings in Cr.No.32 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Yellareddypet Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District.
Since, I am satisfied that the aforesaid compromise is executed by the parties out of their free will and they confirm the terms thereof, when being specifically asked, there is no impediment in recording the said compromise.
The applications are accordingly allowed.
CRLP.No.1 0 6 9 9 of 2 0 1 8 :
In view of the above, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.32 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Yellareddypet Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, against the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, are hereby quashed.
