This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.1366 of 2013 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada for disposal in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
