HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.36446 of 2018 ORDER:

It is stated by Sri Satyam Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners that the grievance in the writ petition is pending before the competent authority by way of representations dated 26-04-2018, 07-06-2018 and 07-082018 and he states that writ petition can be disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations in accordance with law.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents.

Since it is stated that representations are pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for him to take decision on the representations of the petitioner.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly including release of building. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
