Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though an order was passed on 30.09.2024 by this Court in W.P.No.4388 of 2014, the same was uploaded only on 24.10.2024.

Office is directed to submit an explanation to this Court about the delay in uploading the order dated 30.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.4388 of 2024 after a period of 23 days.

In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioner shall ascertain as to when he applied for certified copy of the order dated 30.09.2024 and when the same was delivered to him.
