THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7371 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorari to declare the order passed by respondent No.1 in G.O.Ms.No.15, Social Welfare (CV.1) Department, dated 21.02.2013, confirming the order passed by respondent No.2 in proceedings Rc.No.D3/3808-05, dated 19.03.2011, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to quash the said Government Order. 2.

By an order, dated 20.03.2013, this Court suspended the impugned Government Order. In pursuance of the said order, the petitioner continued in service and later, retired. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after retirement, the petitioner received all the retirement benefits and hence, nothing survives for adjudication and no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
