THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28544 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue appropriate writ or direction, particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the third respondent in sealing the petitioners' house No.2-273, Kothapet, Mahmood Colony, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions, dated 04.09.2015, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Saidabad Police Station, Hyderabad.

In the above said written instructions as it is stated that the house of the petitioners is neither sealed nor locked by the police officials, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present writ petition by recording the written instructions. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by recording the written instructions dated 04.09.2015 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Saidabad Police Station, Hyderabad.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
