When the matter was called on 01.08.2019, none appeared. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 19.09.2019 and 24.10.2019. However, on 24.10.2019, the matter was adjourned to today. Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioners. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for nonprosecution. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
