This writ appeal is pending since 2002. We have perused the orders dated 4.4.2002 and 7.2.2003. Having regard thereto, it appears that the appellant has lost interest in prosecuting this appeal further and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. We are, therefore, constrained to dismiss this writ appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
