2. Petitioner seeks a Mandamus against the second respondent for nonconsideration of his request for grant of interim order in Tenancy Case No.1906 of 2013. The said tenancy case appears to have been filed by four petitioners, which include the petitioner herein, against respondent Nos.3 to 5 seeking possession under Section 32 of the Tenancy Act. 3 .
Since the said case is pending from 2013, it is appropriate and desirable that the second respondent decides the said tenancy case after notice and after hearing all the affected parties as expeditiously as possible. Writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the second respondent to fix an early date for hearing after giving notice to all the parties and hear and decide the tenancy case expeditiously. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
