HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36374 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.6 in not taking action on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2018, for protecting the tank lands of Sri Venkateshwara Rajaka Sangam, Regn.No. 313/ 2011, Dwaraka Tirumala Village, Post and Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
4) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 6th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible. No order as to costs. Consequently,
miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
