This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the 2nd petitioner by mutating his name in the revenue records with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.10.07 guntas situated in different survey numbers of Korutla Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District in pursuance to the Form 6-A application made by the petitioners on 11.08.2016.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioners on 11.08.2016 is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioners on 11.08.2016 in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
