THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the 1st respondent District Collector in Revision Appeal No.A7/392/2011, dated 25.6.2011 in confirming the order in Case No.A7/591/2010 dated 13.4.2011 of the 2nd respondent Joint Collector, who confirmed the orders of the 3rd respondent RDO vide Lr. No.E/1537/2010, dated 12.6.2010, which were issued in favour of the 4th respondent selecting him as Fair Price Shop Dealer of Fair Price Shop No.338/A (New No.510) situated at Nizampet Main Road, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same."

At the hearing, Mr. V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel, representing Mr. M. Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.27089 of 2011 and 5596 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 4-6-2015 bnr
