ORDER:- Heard.

2. Alleging inaction on the part of the second respondent in considering the appeal filed by the petitioner viz., RCC No.825 of 2011, the present writ petition is filed. Said appeal was preferred by the petitioner against the orders/endorsements of the Tahsildar, Veldurthy Mandal, in Rc.No.B/307/2011 dated 23.11.2011 and 28.06.2012. Though the said appeal is stated to be numbered as RCC No.825 of 2011, the appeal itself has been filed on 20.07.2012 and hence the number of the appeal ought to be RCC No.825 of 2012. In any case, said appeal is stated to be pending and no date of hearing is fixed by the second respondent.

3. On two earlier occasions learned government pleader was required to get instructions. He however reports that no instructions are forthcoming from respondent Nos.2 and 3.

4. In view of that, writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to fix an early date of hearing and decide the said appeal after notice to the affected parties within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
