Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach Civil Court.

2. Permission to withdraw is accorded, with liberty to approach appropriate forum.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
