Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the complaint, dated 29.12.2014, no action is taken by respondent No.4.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that petitioner's complaint dated 29.12.2014 was received through post by respondent No.4 and on the basis of the said complaint, entry was made in the general diary and after conducting preliminary enquiry, Crime No.6 of 2015 is registered on 08.01.2015 and investigation is taken up. The

statement of petitioner/complainant was also recorded and further investigation is pending.

4. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to complete the investigation expeditiously and take appropriate further steps in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
