HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36382 OF 2018 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by order dated 31.10.2016 in WP No.19046 of 2014 & batch and order dated 13.04.2017 in WPMP No.16343 of 2017 in WP No.18779 of 2014 and the same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Office is directed to append a copy of order dated 31.10.2016 in WP No.19046 of 2014 and batch and order dated 13.04.2017 in WPMP No.16343 of 2017 in WP No.18779 of 2014 to this order.
