HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14895 of 2013 ORDER :
In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/A4 to A7 seek to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.231 of 2013 of Women P.S., Saroornagar, Cyberabad, in which, they are charged for the offences under Sections 498-A and 506 r/w.34 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, by producing copy of charge sheet filed by Inspector of Police, Women P.S., Saroornagar, submitted that the Police have lodged charge sheet for the offences under Sections 498-A and 506 r/w.34 of IPC against A1 to A3 only and they have not charge-sheeted A4 to A7 and further submitted that the present petition which is filed by petitioners/A4 to A7 has become infructuous and sought for its dismissal.
3. There is no representation for petitioners.
4. A perusal of the charge sheet in Crime No.231 of 2013 of Women P.S. would show that the Police have filed charge sheet against A1 to A3 and deleted the names of A4 to A7, as such, the present petition, which is filed at the instance of petitioners/A4 to A7, became infructuous.
The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
