This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 02.12.2014 in Crl.R.P.No.398 of 2014 in Crl.MP.No.4703 of 2014 in Crime No.44 of 2014 of P.S.Malakpet, on the file of Special Judge for trial of offences under SC & ST (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
