Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.3 and 4 herein in not taking any steps to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.31 Gts., in Sy.No.1343/A situated at Choppadandi village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, in spite of the representations dt.2-2-2015 and 1-2-2016 followed by repeated visits, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the above said land."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispose of the representations dated 02.02.2015 and 01.02.2016 made by the petitioner requesting to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same are still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 01.02.2016 made by the petitioner seeking to enter his name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.31 Gts., in Sy.No.1343/A situated at Choppadandi village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
