THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8587 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.331 of 2011 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which was taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Mr.Ch.N.Meher Babu, learned counsel representing Mr.V.V.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
