HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.94 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw succession O.P.No.553 of 2015 from the file of Principal District Judge, Guntur, to any other Court in Guntur.

2. Petitioner No.1 filed his affidavit and according to his affidavit, in view of the derogatory remarks against the counsel of the petitioners, petitioners apprehended that they may not get justice in the Court of Principal District Judge, Guntur and on that ground sought for transfer of O.P.No.553 of 2015 from Principal District Judge, Guntur, to any other Court, in the interests of justice.

3. This Court while ordering notice granted interim stay on 17.02.2016 and also called for remarks but no remarks are received till now.

4. Advocate for respondents submitted that one day prior to passing of stay order by this Court, Principal District Judge, Guntur, transferred succession O.P. from his file to I Additional District Judge, Guntur, for disposal in accordance with law on administrative side, therefore, the relief claimed has become infructuous.

5. Advocate for petitioners submitted that since the purpose is served, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

6. Considering the submission of both sides, transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous in view of withdrawal of O.P.No.553 of 2015 from Principal District Court and

transferred to I Additional District Court.

7. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
