1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in C.C.No.248 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Rajam, Srikakulam District. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. The learned counsel further requested this Court that the presence of the petitioner Nos.2 to 5 who are accused Nos.2 to 5, before the trial Court, may be dispensed with for each and every adjournment.
3 Permission is accorded.
4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for, dispensing with the presence of the petitioner Nos.2 to 5 who are accused Nos.2 to 5 before the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Rajam, Srikakulam District in C.C.No.248 of 2014 on each and every adjournment. However, they shall appear before the said Court as and when their presence is so required.
