No representation for petitioner.

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Resp.no.3 to register the complaint dt.23.11.14 and take action against Resp.no.4 to 6 by restoring the possession of the house bearing no.18-12-419/553 situate at Hafeez Baba Nagar, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court the written instructions issued by the Inspector of Police, Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad, and stated that upon receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 02.12.2014, the third respondent - Station House Officer, Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad, made an entry in the General Diary and conducted enquiry and during the course of enquiry, it came to light that the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents is purely civil in nature and the petitioner filed O.S.No.1439 of 2013 with regard to the subject property, as such, the police did not take any action and thereby, prayed for dismissal of this Writ Petition.

CKR, J W.P.No.40298 of 2014 In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedies as available to him in civil law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
