This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/A-1 seeking to quash the docket order, dated 19.2.2016, made in Crl.M.P.No.151 of 2016 in C.C.No.1000 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court - cum - XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar and direct to return the passport bearing No.J5080824 to the petitioner.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with 34 I.P.C.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application before the Court concerned informing the grounds on which he sought for the release of the said passport. On such application, the learned Magistrate shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
