Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against Common Judgment, dated 26-08-2015, in WP.No.17358 of

2015.

The subject matter of the Writ Petition pertains to failure of the appellants to fix pre-paid meters and collection of additional consumption deposit. By the judgment under Appeal, the learned Single Judge has allowed a batch of Writ Petitions including the one referred to above.

At the hearing, Mr.R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, appearing for the appellants placed before us a copy of the Common Judgment, dated 19-05-2016, in W.A.Nos.968 of 2016 and batch whereunder the judgment under Appeal has been set aside.

Though his name is shown in the cause list, the learned Counsel for the respondent is not present.

Inasmuch as the impugned judgment is set aside in the batch of Writ Appeals referred to above, the same in so far it relates to WP.No.17358 of 2015 is set aside following the afore-mentioned judgment of the Division Bench.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.

As a sequel, WAMP.No.1651 of 2016, filed by the appellants for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
