THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.22008 OF 2011 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in rejecting the application of the petitioners vide proceedings No.6883, dated 23.07.2010 under G.O.Ms.No.901 dated 31.12.2007 seeking penalization and regularisation of the buildings constructed by them on the plot Nos.505 and 506 allotted to them by Sri Ayyappa Cooperative Housing Society Limited, originally purchased from Gurukul Ghatkesar Trust, for the reasons given by the 1st respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the applications of the petitioners afresh in accordance with law.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the both the counsel that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 07.11.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20009 of 2010 and batch.

Since, it is stated that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the said order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

Let a copy of order in W.P.No.20009 of 2010 and batch be annexed to this writ petition.
