When the matter was called on 25.10.2019, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner was present and there was no representation for the respondent. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Orders". Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the revision petitioner. It appears that the revision petitioner has no interest to pursue the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
