The only grievance of the petitioner is that revision in R.C.No.E/5/4322/ 2016 filed by him on 14-06-2016 under Section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act has not been disposed of.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in R.C.No.E/5/4322/ 2016 on 14-06-2016 after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as unofficial respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
