THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO COMPANY PETITION No.107 of 2015 ORDER:

A joint memo is filed by the petitioner and the respondent and one of the terms of the joint memo is to withdraw the winding up petition immediately upon entering the Memorandum of Understanding and agreeing to revive the Company Petition in case the respondent fails to pay the amount referred in the joint memo. In pursuance of the said memo, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petition with liberty to revive it as and when it is desired in pursuance of the joint memo.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Company Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
