This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2Ol4 on the file of II Special Magistrate Court, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District against the petitioner/ accused. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing online would submit that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive and hence no further orders are required in this criminal petition and therefore seeks to dismiss the criminal petition AS infructuous 3.
Mr. Vizarath AIi, Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is present and takes no objection for the same.
