1) Heard.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 not to pass any orders or effect any mutation, as the application filed by respondent No.4 in respect of the property admeasuring Acs.3.33 cents dry land situated at Paladugu village, Sattenapalli Sub-District, pending disposal of civil litigation between the parties in O.S.No.58 of 2013 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli. 3) The plea of the petitioner is that she made a representation to the Tahsildar, requesting him not to effect mutation in respect of the lands claimed by respondent No. 4 in O.S.No.58 of 2013 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli.
4) Since the application is pending before the Tahsildar and as no orders are passed therein, the Tahsildar - respondent No.2 shall give an opportunity of personal hearing to the writ petitioner, consider her objections and then pass orders, in accordance with law. The petitioner is also permitted to take all legal pleas.
5) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
