When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 11-09-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.428 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 506 r/w 34IPC on the file of Duvvuru P.S./2nd respondent.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
