OFFICE NOTE 22.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 in Crl.P.No.16364 of 2025 I.A.No.1 of 2026 in Crl.P.No.16358 of 2025 These two applications are filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide common order, dated 16.12.2026 in Crl.P.Nos.16364 and 16358 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioners have been appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned. The same is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the said submission, the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Wednesday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before Investigating Officer concerned as and when required.

Accordingly, these two applications are ordered.
