THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 15606 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in issuing the notice of eviction dated 30.04.2013 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as tenants over shop Nos. 54, 49, 23, 51, 26, 31, 33, 36, 40, 55, 67, 73, 77, 76, 85, 89 and 69, NTR Municipal Shopping Complex, Old Market Area, Miryalguda Town, Nalgonda District. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the period of lease to occupy the shops in question till 30.09.2015 has been expired, and hence, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
