THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34794 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that even though she made a representation to the Station House Officer, Khanapuram Haveli Urban Police Station, Khammam-3rd respondent herein seeking police protection to execute the interim orders passed by the competent Civil Court in I.A.No.4480 of 2013 in O.S.No.144 of 2013 in her favour, so far no police aid has been provided. The learned Additional Government Pleader for Home submitted that when there is an interim order in favour of the petitioner, to execute the same, the petitioner ought to have approached the said Court by filing appropriate application.

This Court is of the view that to execute the interim orders passed in favour of the petitioner, she can avail the remedy before the civil Court by filing a proper application. However, considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner and since a representation has already been filed by her, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 17.10.2016.
