RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38724 OF 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the prayer in the instant writ petition is similar to the prayers in W.P. No.36194 of 2018 and batch disposed of on 30.10.2018. The W.Ps were dismissed by holding that the cut off date in the Notification No.141/ 2018-RC dated 15.09.2018 is prescribed as per the Rule 6 of Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service Rules, 2007. Hence, W.P. No.38724 of 2018 is dismissed for the reasons and also in terms of the common order of this Court in W.P. No. 36194 of 2018 and batch. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending stand closed.
