Today, when the matter is taken up, on instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent Corporation Smt.Pingle Lakshmi submits that if the subject properties are required for public purpose, the Respondent Corporation will follow due process of law. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
