THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40552 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in registering the complaint filed by the third respondent, which is pending as C.C.No.294 of 2013 before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Since the matter is pending before the concerned Court, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the pending criminal case. It is open to the parties to take appropriate steps, if they are aggrieved.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The dismissal of the Writ Petition does not disentitle the parties to take appropriate steps. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
