HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36566 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in deleting the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.2200 cents and Ac.0.2600 cents in Survey Nos.98-4F & 98-4E respectively, situated at Chinna Mushidiwada village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam district, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that by mistake the authorities must have made changes in the entries and as such he made an application seeking correction of the entries in the revenue records. 4) The issue whether the entries are made by mistake or whether they are appropriate, needs to be decided by the authorities. Since a representation is made by the petitioner on 20.09.2018, the authorities shall consider the request of the petitioner to the extent of entering the names in the revenue records and deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
