HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.3208 of 2002 ORDER:

When the matter was listed on 25.07.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". However, when the matter is taken up today, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning session, it was passed over to enable the counsel for the petitioner to appear at least in the afternoon session. However, even in the afternoon session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears, petitioner is no more interested to pursue the matter. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
