THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.18266 of 2002 ORDER:

None appears for the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court observed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the relief sought for in the writ petition is to continue him as Junior Account Officer.

This Court, on 24.09.2002 while admitting the writ petition, directed the respondents to continue the petitioner in the post of Junior Accounts Officer.

In view of interim order, dated 24.09.2002, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
